GENERAL
- For illustration or animation commissions, I require visual references. Those with none will be rejected.
- No NSFW/suggestive request of any kind.
- You are prohibited to use my art in a NFT project or to feed it to AI.
- You can repost my art as long as I am credited.
- If you possess ToyHouse and post my art there, please put my ToyHouse account as credits.PAYMENTS
- For skeb or normal illustration commissions, once the sketch is sent and approved, payment must be sent or else i will not continue the commission.
- For animation commissions, once the sketch and lineart as been sent and approved payment should preferably be done at this point but can also be done at the color stage and reasons must be discussed.
- Take notes that by default the payment must be made after lineart is approved.REVISIONS
- For skeb commissions, I will only fix mistakes.
- For normal illustrations commissions, I may fix any mistakes for free during the sketch and lineart phase.
- Althought if changes are requested at color or render phase additional fees may be added.
- For animation commissions, changes to the animation can done during the sketch or lineart phase.
- Althought once color has started no change to the animation can be made but color can be modified. Once the render phase is started no changes can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- For skeb or normal illustration, know that I will finish it as soon as I can, but take notes that I am also an art student and that my school work might take over my commissions. Althought I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can and at the best of my abilities.
- For animation commissions, it may take a lot of times since I am still a beginner animator who can only animate simple movement. Depending on the complexity it may take me some time because of motivation, school work or just confidence.USE
- For now, my art must be for personal use only.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- By commissioning me, you accept that your commission may be posted on my social media and put in my portfolio.REFUNDS
- For skeb or normal illustrations, no refund can be made except if necessary and justified but know that depending on the stage the commission was on you will not be fully refund.
- For animation commissions, refund can be made after the color phase has started to a maximum of 50% .COMMUNICATION
- For skeb commissions, little to no communication will be made excepted for mistakes fix.
- For any other kind of commissions, communication will be frequent to satisfy the client at the best of my abilities.
